Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Makera account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Place the electronic item securely in its original box along with all included cables, manuals, and accessories to avoid any restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old shipping barcodes are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
